The end of April came and went, but we haven't moved quite yet. We've had a few set backs (permanent electricity being pushed back and Adrian's swollen eye) but we've just got a few more finishing touches. We've ordered a natural paint made from clay and plants and liquid rubber to finish out the shower. We'll be working on the gray water planter bed this weekend and plumbing the sinks! This picture was us connecting our well to our permanent electricity.

We've only got one small section of drywall left behind the kitchen sink. We should be out there the end of April!

We got our yuca (cassava) cuttings the other day. They are planted in pots to grow root before we transplant them to their permanent spot! Have you ever had yuca before? It's a staple in the Dominican Republic, so I grew up eating it often at home.
